Gala Dinner |
The registration fee for accompanying persons include the Gala Dinner and a day-trip. In order to attend the social events, accompanying persons must be properly registered.
An e-mail or an official letter of confirmation will be sent to all registered participants.
All registration fees are in Euro. Payment must be accompanied by an official registration form. If you are faxing your registration form, please keep de original and do not send this original by post. We encourage you to use the online registration option.
When registering several people, it is necessary to send a complete registration form for each individual person.

A discount registration fee will apply when payment is made on the bank account provided above and no later than June 1st. Please indicate the participant name on the bank order to facilitate administration.
:: Credit card
An administrative fee will apply for all credit card payments.
:: Checks
All checks must be in euros.
Combine registration fees and hotel deposits on the same bank transfer are possible. Separate payments are not required.
:: On-site registration.
On-site registration (at the Congress Palace) will be accepted, but conference material may be limited. Participants planning to register on-site are advise to arrive early. The registration booth will be first opened on Saturday 18th, June. The organization will accept credit cards or cash (euros).
:: ACCOMODATION
IMPORTANT! To secure your accommodation, register early. The Travel Agency cannot guarantee reservation after April 1, 2005. Accommodation will be allocated on a first came, first served basis. If there are no more vacancies in the category of your choice, we will do our best to find an alternative.

:: CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Within 3 weeks prior to your arrival date, all changes will be subject to availability.
Changes or cancellations made prior to April 30th, 2005 will be made through the Travel Agency “Viajes 2000”. After that date all changes must be made directly with the hotel of your choice and are subject to availability.
No refunds will be made for changes or cancellations made after June 1st, 2005.
Only written requests for refunding will be accepted. Please obtain a cancellation number. All approved refunds will bee processed and issued within 60 days after the Conference.
These conditions apply to all reservations (individual and group booking).
